Refund Policy
Netra is sold as a one-time (lifetime) purchase through Paddle.
1. 14-day refund window
If Netra does not work on your Mac, or you bought it by mistake, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will help arrange a refund through Paddle where eligible.
2. How to request a refund
Message @Stillindraft on X with the email you used at checkout (and order ID if you have it). Do not share full card numbers.
3. When refunds may be declined
We may decline refunds requested after 14 days, or where there is clear abuse (for example repeated purchases solely to obtain refunds). Chargebacks should be a last resort — contact us first so we can fix the issue.
4. Merchant of Record
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for Netra purchases. Refunds are processed by Paddle according to their buyer policies and applicable law in your region.
