Terms of Service
These Terms govern your purchase and use of Netra (“the App”), a macOS utility sold at netras.online. By buying or using Netra, you agree to these Terms.
1. The product
Netra is a one-time purchase macOS app that provides Dynamic Island–style controls in the MacBook notch, including music controls, focus mode, and cursor-tracking eyes. Features may change with updates. The App is provided for personal use on devices you own or control.
2. License
When you complete a purchase through Paddle, you receive a lifetime license to download and use the then-current version of Netra, and subsequent updates we choose to publish for that major product line, subject to these Terms. The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable except as allowed by law. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (and/or its affiliates) as Merchant of Record. Prices may be shown in your local currency at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
4. System requirements
Netra is built for notched MacBooks (MacBook Pro 2021+ and MacBook Air M2+) running a supported macOS version. Unsigned builds may require you to allow the App in macOS Privacy & Security settings.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App, attempt to bypass purchase controls, or use it in a way that violates law or third-party terms (including music services you connect).
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” Some features rely on macOS, browser, or third-party APIs that can change. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Netra is limited to the amount you paid for the App.
